As Vanto Group’s Design & Development Manager, Ruy Castelan is accountable for overseeing the design of Vanto Group’s consulting initiatives in North America, Latin America and Asia markets, as well as the training and development of senior consultants globally.
Ruy’s expertise is in leading large-scale initiatives with groups of people with diverse cultural and national backgrounds, as well as implementing initiatives that produce elevated organizational performance. Ruy has been involved in Vanto Group’s engagements since 1995 and has worked with clients in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Costa Rica, and UAE including Telemar, Antamina, BHP Billiton, Petrobras and Reebok.
Prior to joining Vanto Group, Ruy held executive positions in the areas of negotiations, production planning, sales, and marketing for companies such as AKRA (part of Grupo Alfa in Mexico), Kimberly Clark de Mexico, and Grupo CYDSA, Mexico.
Ruy holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
