As a Senior Consultant at Vanto Group, Maira Costa specializes in delivering transformation initiatives for organizations and teams. Over the past 20 years, she has supported companies in Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Chile to create strategic futures, develop high-performance teams, and implement complex projects.
Maira brings extensive experience in corporate communications. She held positions as a senior public relations consultant for companies in a variety of industries, including energy, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare and legal. As a journalist, she covered the economic and technology sectors and served as Chief of Bureau for Exame Magazine in Rio de Janeiro. She has also worked as a Change Management Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young for large scale system implementation.
Maira holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University Federal do Rio de Janeiro, a Master’s degree in international journalism from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Ibmec School of Business in Rio de Janeiro.
