As a Senior Consultant for Vanto Group, Larry Pearson specializes in engaging with clients to deliver breakthrough results for their organizations and employees.
In addition to his role as a Senior Consultant with Vanto Group, Larry is a communication expert and seminar leader for Landmark Worldwide, a personal and professional growth, training and development company that’s had more than 3 million people use its programs to cause breakthroughs in their personal lives as well as in their communities.
Prior to his work with Vanto Group and Landmark, Larry held various positions at the Boys & Girls Club of Albany, including Executive Director and Director of Operations. He also served as Executive Director of the Arbor Hill Community Center.
Larry holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in social work from the State University of New York at Albany.
