As Vanto Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Lauren Billings is responsible for the management of Vanto Group’s operations globally. Her primary accountabilities include overseeing contracting, marketing, processes and protocols, analysis and reporting, and working with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
Since joining Vanto Group in 2015, Lauren has held the positions of Senior Business Analyst, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations – positions in which she played an instrumental role in laying the operational foundation for the company to achieve its growth objectives.
Prior to joining Vanto Group, Lauren was a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where she worked with corporate and private equity-owned clients to drive improvements to their business processes and support them in unlocking cash from their operations.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
