David F. Brown is an experienced management professional with a background in business development, relationship management, and executive recruitment, including the design, delivery, and management of recruitment operations for large enterprises. He has been a student of Vanto Group’s methodology for nearly 30 years and has been delivering various iterations of Vanto Group’s approach to individuals, teams, and organizations since 2001.
As the Practice Leader for the Asia Pacific Region with Vanto Group, David is responsible for expanding the company’s operations in the region. His role includes overseeing sales and the design and delivery of consulting engagements across the region including in Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei, Australia, and New Zealand.
David has also played an instrumental role in Vanto Group’s acquisition of new talent, which has significantly contributed to the growth of the company’s global business.
Before joining Vanto Group, David held positions in sales, business development, and senior leadership roles. He has served as an executive recruiter and managed recruitment operations for the University of Southern California (USC).
