Linda Noë is an accomplished HR expert with more than 25 years of experience leading complex strategies, delivering change & culture programs, cultivating D&I, and advocating for employee growth, wellbeing and engagement within multinational companies in a wide variety of industries. She is a true believer in the potential of people, naturally building relationships as a foundation for collaboration and business progress and improvement.
Linda began her HR career in the hotel industry, later moving to DHL, then to KPMG. In her first international role, she served as HR Director for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer healthcare Northern Europe, where she worked closely with Vanto Group to deliver an extremely successful transformational change project across six countries within her region.
Linda currently serves as the Global HR Director for the genetics company CRV, driving the HR change agenda in the Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Brazil, the US and New Zealand. Prior to joining CRV, she served as HR Director Netherlands and Global Director Academy for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
Linda holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Free University of Amsterdam.
